Pola makan Diet Slimmer MOMENT :

jam 6.30 : Slimmer
jam 9-10 : snack sehat (buah / biskuit rendah lemak / puding atau agar2 non sugar)
jam 12 : makan siang porsi normal tapi nasi 5sdm saja
jam 3 : snack sehat (buah / biskuit rendah lemak / puding atau agar2 non sugar)
jam 5-6 sore : slimmer / buah

selama diet slimmer, minimal minum air putih 8gelas sehari. Apabila diatas jam 6sore masih lapar, minum air putih / makan buah yg banyak banyak mengandung air. smile emotikon

*ps : 1jam sekali minum air putih segelas yaaaa
